Enterprise Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Pre-Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing solutions that meet their needs, and presenting these solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive products.


Solution Design and Proposal:

  • Work with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Design and propose technical solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.


Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops for customers.
  • Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing timely and accurate information.



  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.


Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams and partners to enhance their technical knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar role in the enterprise technology sector.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise solutions, such as cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



  • Proficiency in technical solution design and architecture.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Certifications:

Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, or similar.
