With a career spanning over three decades, he is recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to innovation, and unwavering commitment to harnessing technology to empower Africa.
Ekeh’s journey began with a vision to transform the African technological landscape. After acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Punjab University, India, he returned to Nigeria with a keen eye for opportunity. His foresight led him to establish Task Systems Limited, a pioneer in Desktop Publishing and Computer Graphics within the country. This initial success fueled his passion for technology, paving the way for the founding of TD Africa in 1999.
Ekeh’s strategic vision and risk management expertise, honed through his Master’s degree from the University of Nottingham, have been instrumental in Zinox Group’s remarkable growth and continued success.
Beyond his role at Zinox Group, Ekeh is a respected industry leader and advocate for digital transformation in Africa. He is a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs, demonstrating the power of innovation and calculated risk-taking in driving positive change.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics and an MBA from Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. A Fellow of the Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants, England, she has several years of experience as a Financial Adviser, Senior Accountant and later Principal Auditor in the United Kingdom. Mrs. Ekeh has attended several high-profile international courses at the prestigious Harvard University Boston USA.
Mrs. Chioma Chimere is the Coordinating Managing Director (CMD) at TD Africa. A consummate business professional, Mrs. Chimere boasts a rich background in the media having worked as a Broadcaster with the Imo Broadcasting Corporation, from where she joined DBN Television.
Mrs. Chimere began her career in the IT sector with Task Systems Limited.
Widely recognised as a trailblazer, she has consistently delivered value at TD Africa.
Mrs. Chimere oversees the implementation of the company’s strategies toward the realisation of the shareholders’ objectives.
She has a certification in Finance for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School.

A Chartered Accountant of high repute, Mr Charles Adigwe is a thorough-bred manager who is responsible for overseeing the operations at TD Africa.
Among his key responsibilities are the skilful handling and supervision of international procurement, logistics, foreign trade services as well as imports and exports administration for TD Africa.
Mr Adigwe, who was previously Head of Finance at TD Africa, is an Accounting graduate of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT). He holds a postgraduate diploma in Management and an MBA from the University of Calabar. In addition to his membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN), Mr Adigwe is also a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Having started his accounting career in 1995, he joined TD Africa in 2000 as one of the company’s pioneer staff.

She has previously worked in the Banking industry, the Border and Immigrations Services – with the British Deputy High Commission, Lagos and in the Information Technology Sector with Microsoft Nigeria.
Mrs. Chigbo-Ndukwe joined TD Africa in 2015, where she has worked in various capacities in the company and presently heads HR and Admin.
During her time in TD Africa, she has brought about a much-desired structure and cohesion to the team. She has been instrumental in some major positive changes in the company.
Ifeoma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

He started his professional career as an SQL Server database Consultant in UK. He then moved to USA where he worked for blue-chip companies like Microsoft Corporation, Rackspace Managed Hosting, World Savings, Wachovia Bank, and Frost & Sullivan as a Senior SQL Server DBA.
Mezie pivoted towards Cyber Security Consulting to help mitigate against the emerging risks faced by organisations. He was the Chief Information Security Officer at the group office, where he led a group-wide ISO 27001 ISMS implementation.
In addition to two decades of experience, he has attained an impressive list of international certifications and membership in global professional bodies.

Merit Unuagbon Iyere is a seasoned Accountant with a strong flare for numbers, committed to data integrity and attention to details. He studied Accounting from the University of Benin, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), he also hold MBA from the University of Lagos.
Merit has a vast experience in management accounting, taxation, financial management, financial controlling, statutory compliance, budgetting and financial reporting.
He is a passionate and committed goal getter.
He is very professional in all his approaches to issues and relationship with people.
He has successfully championed the TD Integrated Management System for ISO 9001, 27001 and 45001.
