Mrs. Ifeoma Chigbo-Ndukwe is a seasoned Human Resource and Administration professional with an academic foundation in Agriculture and Business Administration. Her diverse career journey spans multiple sectors, giving her a unique blend of operational expertise, people management skills, and organizational development experience.
She began her professional career in the banking industry, where she gained valuable exposure to corporate structure, customer relations, and operational discipline. She later advanced her career by joining the Border and Immigration Services at the British Deputy High Commission in Lagos, a role that refined her skills in compliance, documentation, and international administrative standards. Her transition into the Information Technology sector with Microsoft Nigeria further broadened her experience, giving her hands-on knowledge of global best practices and the fast-paced nature of the technology ecosystem.
Mrs. Chigbo-Ndukwe joined TD Africa in 2015 and has since served in various capacities across the organization. Her versatility and willingness to take on challenges quickly became evident as she worked in the Warehouse, served as a Customer Service Champion, and later became the Marketing Lead. These roles provided her with a holistic understanding of TD Africa’s operational structure, customer expectations, and internal workflow.
In April 2017, she assumed the position of HR & Admin Lead, a role in which she has excelled. She also headed the Warehouse and Logistics team for a period, reinforcing her reputation as a dependable, multi-skilled professional capable of managing both people and processes effectively. Under her leadership, the HR and Administration unit has achieved greater structure, cohesion, and clarity. She has played an instrumental role in implementing positive changes that have improved staff performance, strengthened internal communication, enhanced workplace culture, and aligned the workforce toward the company’s strategic goals.
Mrs. Chigbo-Ndukwe is widely recognized in the organization for her dedication, fairness, and strong commitment to employee development. Her ability to combine operational efficiency with empathy and clear communication has made her an invaluable asset to TD Africa’s leadership team.
She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Animal Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales. Her academic background and professional experience continue to shape her approach to management, problem-solving, and organizational growth.
