Mrs. Chioma Chimere is the Coordinating Managing Director (CMD) at TD Africa. A consummate business professional, Mrs. Chimere boasts a rich background in the media having worked as a Broadcaster with the Imo Broadcasting Corporation, from where she joined DBN Television.
Mrs. Chimere began her career in the IT sector with Task Systems Limited.

A Chartered Accountant of high repute, Mr Charles Adigwe is a thorough-bred manager who is responsible for overseeing the operations at TD Africa.
Among his key responsibilities are the skilful handling and supervision of international procurement, logistics, foreign trade services as well as imports and exports administration for TD Africa.
Mr Adigwe, who was previously Head of Finance at TD Africa, is an Accounting graduate of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT). He holds a postgraduate diploma in Management and an MBA from the University of Calabar. In addition to his membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN), Mr Adigwe is also a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Having started his accounting career in 1995, he joined TD Africa in 2000 as one of the company’s pioneer staff.

She has previously worked in the Banking industry, the Border and Immigrations Services – with the British Deputy High Commission, Lagos and in the Information Technology Sector with Microsoft Nigeria.
Mrs. Chigbo-Ndukwe joined TD Africa in 2015, where she has worked in various capacities in the company and presently heads HR and Admin.
During her time in TD Africa, she has brought about a much-desired structure and cohesion to the team. She has been instrumental in some major positive changes in the company.
Ifeoma holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Certified Dynamics Ax Technology Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the implementation and automation of standard business processes.
He is recognised for his work at Nigerian Mobile Telecommunication Ltd (MTEL), as part of the team which, in 2003, pioneered the implementation of Microsoft Business Solution Axapta in Nigeria. He has since gone on to lead the implementation of MBS Axapta 3.0, dynamics Ax 4.0, Dynamics Ax 2009, Dynamics Ax 2012 and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in Nigeria and Ghana.
Mr. Osikoya is currently the Head of Management Information Systems (MIS) unit at TD Africa, where he is responsible for driving internal technology direction.

He started his professional career as an SQL Server database Consultant in UK. He then moved to USA where he worked for blue-chip companies like Microsoft Corporation, Rackspace Managed Hosting, World Savings, Wachovia Bank, and Frost & Sullivan as a Senior SQL Server DBA.
Mezie pivoted towards Cyber Security Consulting to help mitigate against the emerging risks faced by organisations. He was the Chief Information Security Officer at the group office, where he led a group-wide ISO 27001 ISMS implementation.
In addition to two decades of experience, he has attained an impressive list of international certifications and membership in global professional bodies.

Karthik is a technical commercial expert carrying 21 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, both manufacturing and after-sales support. He has a Masters in Industrial Management and Operational Research from the University of Madras, India.
He began his career with Panasonic India. He has also worked with several global brands like Samsung, LG, Midea, Sharp, Hisense and Zinox.
He coordinates the TD Assembly Plant where components of various consumer electronic products are assembled locally, providing local content with a huge advantage around pricing and speed of delivery.
He also heads TD Plus where he oversees service support for consumer electronics, computing, power and print solutions for brands in TD Africa’s portfolio of products.
Mr. Okoliko is an internationally certified accountant with qualifications from the ICAN and the CIMA, UK. His years of experience in the field have resulted in a broad knowledge of financial subjects including; Treasury, Taxation, Data analysis, Account Payables and Receivables.
He is a consummate professional with demonstrated success in driving teams to top performance levels. He is credited for upscaling the Financial Reporting System at TD Africa.
